Are there any maximum or minimum capacities I need to make available through AirActive?

No.  There are no “all or nothing” terms with AirActive, and there are no quotas, per-class or aggregated monthly totals you have to meet.

You don’t even have to sell the full capacity of any given activity, although you’re welcome to do so! 

Maybe you want to keep a few spots for your members?  Then simply deduct these spots from the capacity you make available for your activity, and problem solved! 

You can even change the capacity for an activity after it’s been listed, although you cannot lower the available capacity of the activity below the number of already accepted bookings.  To help you with this, your Schedules will tell you how many bookings have been made.  Nice!
